29 December 2011 Sir,
Could you please send the changes of coin word importance while the incorporation?
i.e. Now I come to know that some changes has been implemented by MCA.

ex: If you use the word India in between the name min. capital should be Rs.5 Lakh(old) Now I think it may be Rs.25 Lakh. Like that some other words such as udyog, Industries, Asia,Enterprise also we can use. Now i want to know the capital structure for the above words.

30 December 2011 If word Udyog/Industries- Min Authorised Cap- 5Crore

Enterprises, Products, Business, Manufacturing, Venture.- min ASC- 50 Lacs

Hindustan, India, Indo, Indian, Bharat, Bharatvarsh, Bhartiya or any other country’s name being first word of the name- Min. ASC Rs- 2 Crore, If coming within the name and not the first name then Min. ASC- 25 Lacs

international, Globe, Global, World, Overseas, Universe, Universal, Continent, Continental, InterContinental, Asiatic, Asia, Asian being the first word of the name- Min ASC- 5 Crore, if word coming within the name then Min ASC - 2 Crore

If Word Croporation, Corp, Corp., Corpn - min ASC Rs. 25 Crore.
