Dear Sirs,
I have 2 queries:
1. How can I check through MCA portal whether a company name is available or not in West Bengal? pls explain.
2. Can I get the following company name for incorporation in West Bengal:
Ambika First Patent Limited.

In Indian Companies Act, 1956 company is not incorporated on the basis of state level it is incorporate as Indian basis. If a company is registered under Companies Act 1956 it means it is an Indian Company.
