Please update me the details of companies bill, applicable for listed company and for Company Secretaries.

Yes the provisions for Companies Secretary is given in new Companies Bill and it will apply for both CS and Company whether listed or not.

I will suggest to wait for approval of new Companies Bill in Rajya Sabha of Parliament.
