03 September 2013 Companies Bill 2013 got the Assent of President on 29.08.2013 and was Published in the Official Gazzete of India on 30.08.2013. Rules are yet to come without which the Act is not complete. Most Probably it will be applicable from 01.04.2014 through no official word on it as yet.
