I..want to know... Company Bill, 2012 is passed in Lok Sabha,,, whether this is also passed in Rajya Sabha... & Accept @ President for consideration ..final Act..

No, it is only passed in Lok Sabha and till date it is in Bill nature so wait and watch for accepting the same in Rajya Sabha and further implementation.
