I just want to clarify my doubt whether companies bill and companies act 1965 are they same?Why it is Issued?Who issues it?n whwn it is issued after what procedure it is issued?

Hi Companies Bill is a draft of Companies Act until and unless it is approved by Parliament through Corporate Affairs Minister.
Apter passed the Companies Bill in parliament in both level, the converted into Act shape.And named as Companies Act,.
