09 February 2014 cant say yet...ICAI has not yet made any declaration in this regard. wait for for a bit more time..

13 February 2014 for that u need to keep track of icai website as not yet declared by icai..hopefully in my view it will be made applicable.

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
