30 December 2013 Is Depreciation as per new companies act 2013 is applicable for f.y.13-14.
if yes then what is the date of applicability

30 December 2013 i dont think relevant sections have been notified yet. So for all practical purposes, depreciation for FY 2013-14 should be provided under companies act 1956.

lets see what other experts say on this.

This Means that CFS to Pvt.Ltd. will also not be applicable till not notified

30 December 2013 Dear Dhaval,

as a rule, unless and until the relevant section is notified, it cannot be made operational. till now only 98 sections have been notified.
