Can Income From Commission Or Brokerage declare under section 44AD for Income Tax Return Purpose For F.y 2011-12

Section 44AD has been retrospectively amended to provide that commission or brokerage income is NOT covered u/s 44AD.
Accordingly the benefit of Section 44AD is NOT available for commission or brokerage income.
