respected sir,
ihave filed for form4s and availed the benifit of sec 44ad in respect of commission income for asst year2011-12.
please clarify some one that whether i have to revise my return for ass year 2011-12 or not.

Section 44AD has been retrospectively amended w.e.f from AY 11-12 to provide that Section 44AD is not applicable to commission or agencey income.
Therefore, you should revise your return.
