19 August 2012 Dear Expert,
One of my client sells sim card and flexy recharge of a telecom company. During the FY 2011-12 he has received the commission around 18 lacs from the company and thereon company has deducted tds @10% and amount of sell of sim cards and flexy are around 4 crors, and the sale amont which was duly deposited by assessee in the bank a/c of company through RTGS. Now my question is that while preparing trading a/c the gross recipts would be 18 lacs or 4 crors + 18 lacs.
Please advise me.
