My client received TDS U/s 194H of Rs. 66,34,511 from Vestige Marketing Private Limited This i have to Shown as a Business or Profession. If profession I Have to do tax Audit. If Business i will Declared 8% on Total Turnover. Please Clarify this sir

commission income is explicitly excluded from section 44AD. actual income to be offered to tax.
