In any circumstances allows commission may treat as salary?

15 December 2014 only when there is an employee employer relationship formally and the employer controls the activity and in liue the employee is paid commision then yes.

15 December 2014 LIKE SALES PERSON SELL THE GOODS AND GET THE COMMISSION AND VENDOR GIVE THE COMMISSION TO SALES PERSON THEN HE DEDUCT THE TDS U/ S 194h
IF HE IS EMPLOYEE OF THE VENDOR LIKE HE IS GIVING SALARY +% ON SALES ACHIVED BY HIM THEN ALL EARING TAXABLE UNDER THE SALARY HEAD. TDS U/S 192B
