what will the treatment when father gifts amount or fdr to his son only for use of sone and his family not only for son, that is for huf. reply soon

If father is making any gift to his son, he should not make any type of reservation or direction in connection with the utilisation of the amount.

The gift is being made for the benefit of the son. It is son's discretion as well as outlook how to utilise the amount and if the father is not sure about the integrity of his son, he should not gift a single paisa to his son.
