In My Opinion It Should On Date Of Commercial Invoice Not At The Time Of Recival Or Payment.

10 August 2008 As per Excise Rule when we received the Material we should take Entry in RG 23 A Part I & Duty RG 23A Part II, as well as we can take Accounting entry
