My son is 6 yrs.I want to know whether I can open separate welfare income tax return in his name.If yes,what is the procedure and the format?

If your child is earning income through his skill then it is permitted. I have failed to understand what do you mean by welfare income tax?
In income shown other than the above is to be clubbed with the father or mother who ever's income is higher.
