06 November 2012 SIR,
SUPPOSE I AM EMPLOYED BY A A CA FIRM (NOT HAVING COP) . COULD I REPRESENT A PERSON IN TRIBUNAL......THE PERSON IS NOT A CLIENT OF MY FIRM.....IF I AM NOT ABLE TO DO SO ....
THEN IF I PROVE THAT HE IS A CLIENT OF OUR FIRM..CAN THEN I AM ABLE TO REPRESENT HIMSELF IN A TRIBUNAL

07 November 2012 You are employed in a CA firm. The said CA firm is not having the said person as its CLIENT..... still you can prove that the said person is the client of the firm in which you are employed..... Why these complications? Get an authority from the said client and then represent the said client in TRIBUNAL.
