A Charitable Trust registered under Bombey Public Trusts Act, 1950 on 03-08-09
but Assesee was not filled form 10A and IT return for any year
Plz Guide me consiquence
1) what about Form 10A for Delay filling ?
2) There in any effect on life of Trust ?
