11 September 2014 Can anyone please advise whether change of registered office within the same city from one place to another place be done by a resolution by circulation or it is mandatory to approve by a baord resolution only?

11 September 2014 Board resolution is mandatory for this kind of shifting. Further as per my opinion you can do it with resolution by circulation method.
