08 December 2010 If a registered VAT dealor changes his place of business within the city for example for example from nariman point to worli.
does he need to inform the sales tax department????
If yes then what are the procedures to be followed???

08 December 2010 yes. changing the business place even with in the city need to be inform to the department, in simple letter you can intimate the same ( but some states having amendment form separately plz check)
