1. Convey BM and pass resolution for change of the name of Company
2. File e-Form 1A for the same
After getting approval of name
3. Held GM & pass a special resolution for change of name & change in MOA & AOA of Company.
4. File e-Form - 23 for the same
and after getting approval of e-Form - 23
5. File e-Form - 1B.
