Dear All,
i have a querry regarding change of main objects.
a company with name e.g abc trading private limited having only one main objects i.e trading in its main objects wants to start insurance agent business.can it start it without altering its main objects or it has to alter its main obejcts without changing its name as the name sugegst trading business only?
Please resolve my query.

As per my knowledge, you are going to start insurance consulting business which are different from trading business.
The ROC, may object to do business of Insurance agent under existing name.
