22 October 2012 Dear All.

I have changed my company address from one place in mumbai to another place.

Will I get an updated Certificate of Incorporation with new address??

If not how do I prove to my vendors that I have changed my address..??

I will suggest to give him a copy of Form-18, copy of challan and a copy of Board Resolution and it will be sufficient proof.

In addition you can also give a certified copy of master data of the company taken from MCA portal.

22 October 2012 Take a print out and get certified by director or authorised signatory.
