please tell me that what is necessary attachment for form 23 and form 1B in case for change in name of private limited company

Hi
In Form-23 following attachment is required:
1. Altered MOA
2. Altered AOA
3. Resolution with Explanatory Statement(In resolution u will attache CTC of all resolution and in explanatory you will attach copy of notice).
With Form-62 you will attached :
1. Statement in Lieu of Prospectus under section 44(2) (b) of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Copy of Notice
3. Minutes of General Meeting
4. other documents
Form 1B is not required for status change, it requires only on name change like Ram to Shyam not for private to public.
