hello sir,
my co. changed its address of principal business into xyz recently but hasn't changed its name in license given for production ..but invoice is being issued in old address ..is it correct??.application has been given for renewa l of license. .we are planning to issue invoice in new address once the license gets renewed. ..are we doing correct thing?

one needs to allow certain "PHASE over time" under such a situation before asking "is it correct?"
Definitely it is NOT correct so to do......but as i said...do take into account the "phase over a time".......this will differ from instance to instance....

REASONABLE time before the new stationery is printed......
one can make use of rubber stamp if the old stationery is to be used.....put a rubber tamp of new changes etc.
