My quarry is, if today Ed.css and sh cess is withdrawn then why we are showing in calculation of income tax, kindly suggest what is the reason.

who told you that the same is withdrawn? Service tax OR Income tax?

Actually I'm not aware that cess on income tax and on service tax are different.
