15 November 2011 Dear Sir/Madam,

Our company filed Form 1B for change of name and we get mail from ROC to submit (COMPANY HAS NOT CARRIED OUT ANY ACTIVITY DURING THE LAST 3 YEARS /Certified copy of Minutes is not submitted)

Please confirm which certified copy i need to submit or all copy of minutes from the day 1st i need to submit?

15 November 2011 You need to submit the signed and scanned copy of following minutes:

1. Minutes of Board meeting which considers the proposal for change of name.
2. Minutes of General meeting in which the proposal for change of name is approved by shareholders by passing special resolution u/s 21.

No need to submit all the minutes.
