Can anyone tell me the procedure for getting certified copy of COI .Our co. was incorporated in 1987 in Delhi, Its not available by physical inspection (online) on MCA site.
Plz. help me out its urgent.

I will suggest you to go physically the concern office of Registrar where your company's record maintained and available for public inspection.
