Can anybody please guide me regarding the process for getting trust registered under 80 G.

1. Trust has to be registered with income tax department. The rule is 17A and the form of application is 10A of the Income tax rules,1962.
2. For 80 G, the trust has to apply in form 10G vide rule 11AA of the said rules.
