Certificate Issued after Tax Audit Report

17 November 2010 In present situation We have disallowed Service tax not deposited with the govt u/s 43B but before due date of filling return u/s 139(1) but after the date on which Tax Audit Report has been signed the Assessee has deposited the Service Tax with the government. Can any one give me format of Certificate to be issued to Assessee for allowing expenditure which was disallowed in Tax Audit Report.

17 November 2010 If service tax collected and paid is not routed through P & L account question of disallowance does not arise. In view of that no need to prepare a certificate on that matter.
