Cenvet Credit

I'm working as Senior Accountant working in a Company who machining Loco Wheel and Axcel which covered under chapter 84. We purchase tools like Screw, Tungstone which is fall under chapter 8209,8466. Now The Superintend of C.E. deny Cenvet Credit on Material. Pls suggest me whether We can avail Cenvet Credit on these Items.

You can take cenvat credit 50% in RG23C Part-II, because its nature of TOOLS & DIE
and balance 50% credit avail in next Year.
