what the centvat credit status for freight paid (including service tax) on inward transportation of excisable inputs which is used in manufaturing of non excisable final products.

As per definition Rule 2(I)of Cenvat CCR 2004 Input services -
freight service is used in non excusable final product will be not eligible.
