Dear sir,
i have already submited my service tax return for march 2009 but i forget to take some cenvat credit (ST which i paid).
what can i do? CAN I TAKE THAT CENVAT THIS YEAR?

show in your account service tax receivable in previous year (Balance sheet also). its transfer in current year and take cenvat credit for the same.
