Service provided by GTA to company. Tax burden are transfer to Company in case of reverse charge mechanism.

Can company claimed Cenvat Credit?

12 January 2015 if you are paying service taxon inward freight the you can claim the cenvat.

12 January 2015 The cenvat credit of GTA service is available to a service recipient even though the service tax under reverse charge has been paid after claiming abatement of 75%.

My client has tea manufacturer. He is liable on service tax on revesce charge mechanisum, he also receive service, Can He set off his liability?
