Dear Sir,
Our Co., is mining business. In our a/cs section auditor bills are taking as cenvat credit but legal & profession bills are not taking as cenvat credit regarding this any rules are there or not

yes cenvat credit available. As per new definition of input under rule 2(I) cenvat credit rules inter alia includes some services are specifically mentioned which are eligible for cenvat like advertisement or sales promotion,accounting, auditing, financing, recruitment etc.
