My question is how we can take the cenvat credit ? Is there any procedure means we have to submit the docuemnts to Dept ? Plz let's know detail procedure.

you can avail cenvat credit on which items it is admissible, you not need to produce docs immediately, but u need to maintain all docs as per serial entry no of Excise Register.

you can take cenvat credit when you register under excise law.
and items use for production then you take cenvat. or if you are doing trading business then you take cenvat on purchase and adj with liability.
