An enterprise purchases packing material on which excise duy is charged. Is enterprise eligible to avail cenvat credit if the packing material purchased is at a plant at which no manufacturing takes place?

Thanks for reply, The enterprise is a manufacturer of domestic appliances but uses one of the plant as a goddamn for storing goods manufactured at which packing material is purchased? Can u give more light to this....Thanks!!
