14 December 2011 My client applied for Service Tax Registration for Centralised Premises mentioning the main premise and other five premises. The certificate he received shows all the premises which he applied for, which is OK. But after every premises the premise-code is given in ST-2. He has submitted only one ST-3 (Service Tax Return)for main premises. Is that correct ? Because there is separate and different premise code for every location. Is he need to submit separate ST-3 for each of premise ?

14 December 2011 Premise code has been given for the sake of adding of deleting a premise in future,
for centralised registraion one st3 has to be filed.
