Hello Sir, what is the ceiling limit for signing of pvt company including tax audit
for example
I m tax auditor of 5 pvt company now can i do only sign on remaining 15 pvt co as per companies act

Yes 15 companies only ,if you are also the statutory auditor of those 5 companies to which you do tax audit.
