dear experts
my client is providing construction service of residential complex without using own material. so it is not covered under the work contract. then which service is applicable??

Construction of service will only be applicable.
Its specifically declared service as per sec 66E. Furthermore, he can claim abatement as per notification 26/2012 dated 20th June 2012
