09 March 2012 there is balance of dividend payable of Rs 15000 and Rs. 30000 for the year 2008 and 2009 respectively in balance-sheet.
and in adjustment,
1) board of directors declared dividend of rs. 120000.
then plz tell me what is the effect of the same in cash flow statement.

Opening Dividend 2008 - Rs.15000 + Dividend declared During the year Rs.120000- Dividend closing 2009 Rs.30000. so dividend paid during the year Rs.105000 as need to show cash out flow
