I have deposited 3 lakh before 8 Nov, and want to deposits 2.5 lakh upto 30 dec in savings a/c. Can it attracted any income tax notice and any black money case?

If you have deposited Rs. 3 lakh before 8 nov you can deposit 2.5 lakh further subject to total cash deposits not exceeding Rs. 10 lakh in saving account during FY.
