how much balance can I show in account cash in hand in my book.

Show less than 50000 if you are proprietor,,

If u show more than 50,000 as on 31.3.2013 then as per wealth tax act it has to be included in assets as per definition of asset under sec 2(ea) of Wealth Tax Act,1957.
