24 May 2018 Dear sir I has sale plot and amount received rs 1 crores cash in such case amount deposited 50 lakh may father account and 50 lakh mother account. But sir no legal documents has been made.
I has received notice from income tax department and How to give replay for income tax department.
Give me formate of replay.what it explain.
