Can any please help with case laws reference on Wrongful Attachment of immovable property without serving notices under section 143 of IT Act 1961.

13 July 2011 You have to contast before the assessing officer.

Apply for a copy of the assessment order by writing a letter.

Bank account can be attached in case of tax dues.

On receipt of the order u/s143(3)/144 file an appeal.

Write to the Add. Commissioner of Commissioner for vacating the attachment or file a writ.
