Dear Sir,
I am working in a Ltd manufacturing Iron & steel industry as an accounts assistant and doing my final year B.com from Ignou which will be completed in this june-09.
I also worked as an acounts in a Construction firm relating to Iron& Stel industry.
Basically I prepare Sale Invoices,Stores Grn,Checking of Purchase Bills etc.
I also have a an idea of stores and H.R.
What course should i do after my B.com without quitting the job,
please elaborate.

Please do ICWA since you do not want to quit your job. Since you are in manufacturing industry it will be helpful for your promotions there itself.
