I am trying to clear my PE-II since last 1998 but not scuceeding in it. If now I clear PE-II and final will it be worth in finding good jobs or it will be difficult on the ground that the time lapsed is long and the age factor.

There is no age factor for a professional qualification like CA. You should go groupwise and systematically i.e. read notes of good authors or classes and will find no problem. Good Luck.

In my personal opinion you should pressure on concentration and read carefully. You may try some meditation for the same.

Pay more attention on studies than to unnecessarily wasting time in thinking abt ur future.
