C.A without B.COM is more valuable than C.A with B.COM with 10% less mark than other that i can get?

CA with B .com is better since B.com is considered as graduation and is eligibility requirement for many other courses which you may pursue in future.

However if you have not done B.com and have some other background, there is nothing to worry. With CA as the main qualification, B.com or any other qualification will only be secondary.

If you able to qualify for CA , you can simply pass B Com also yaar...
Even if you dont have B com their is not much differ for your carreer..
