28 August 2020 Are Expenses incurred on Purchase and Sale of equity shares like brokerage, STT allowed as deduction while calculating Capital Gains on equity shares?

31 August 2020 Yes...There are deducted

26 September 2021 For assessment of CG of equity shares u/s. 111A/112A, STT is not deductible.
