ONE OF MY CLINT , HE WAS PARTNER IN A REG FIRM.FIRM ACTIVITY- BUILERS. AFTER SOME YEAR RETIRED FROM THE FIRM AND FIRM HAD GIVEN A FLAT AGANST THE CAPITL OF THE FIRM. AND MY HAD PAID REGITRATION CHARGES PAID AND STAMP DUTY ON FLAT AND REGISTER HIS NAME OF FLAT.ROUND 48560.00 STAMP DUTY.BUT ON SALE DEED THERE IS NO VALUE OF FLAT,. NOW THE PARTNER HAD SOLD FOR 19,00,000/
